We’re excited to introduce version 2.0.0 of the Hanhaa HUB. Launched in January 2025 it is a major upgrade designed with you in mind. This release brings a complete overhaul of our portal and documentation site, offering improved functionality, a fresh new look, and a more intuitive user experience.
Please note: As this is a major update, there may be some changes that affect existing workflows. If something looks different, it probably is — but it’s all in service of making your experience smoother.

A Revamped Documentation Site
We’ve rebuilt our documentation from the ground up. Whether you need help placing an order, checking your contracts, or requesting a return, our guides are now easier to read, easier to find, and all in one place.
Top tip: Bookmark the new documentation hub — it’s now your go-to resource for all user guides, support docs, and release notes.
A Fresh Look and Smoother Feel
We’ve stayed true to the Hanhaa brand with our signature blue tones, but everything is cleaner and more modern. In future updates, you’ll even be able to customise the portal with your company’s colours. Enhanced layout, with navigation more intuitive, helping you get to what you need, faster.

Contracts & Invoicing
You can now view all your contracts directly in The Hub. See what products you’ve purchased, how many you have left, and when they expire — all in one place. You’ll also find your invoices here, meaning no more searching through your inbox.
Ordering Through The Hub
All new orders are now placed through the portal. It’s quick, easy, and everything is tracked in your account. Detailed step-by-step guides are coming soon.
Returns Made Simple
Need to return a device? You can now submit a return request right from The Hub. No extra emails required — just follow the process in our upcoming returns guide.
